This privacy policy applies to the PlayHub+ app for mobile devices created by PlayHub+ Developer as a Free service. This service is intended for use AS IS.

PlayHub+ is a local game and mod information catalog. You can save game names, instructions, platforms, mod names, versions, authors, dates, compatibility, categories, ratings, collections and install notes.

Your library data is stored on your device. PlayHub+ does not require an account, login, subscription, or hosted user profile.

PlayHub+ does not gather precise device location and does not use your local game or mod library for advertising.

Game, mod, collection, rating and settings data stays on your device unless you choose to export or delete it.

Deleting the app removes the local data stored by the app from your device according to iOS behavior.

If you use export or import features, you choose the destination file or source file through iOS system controls.

PlayHub+ does not provide a hosted mod catalog, streaming service, user account backend, or AI chat backend.

If you manually enter an external source link for a mod, opening that link leaves the app and opens the website in Safari. The destination website is governed by its own privacy practices.

The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to government requests, or work with trusted service providers under appropriate privacy commitments.

PlayHub+ stores information about games and mods. It does not stream video, host media, download mod files, or store mod packages.

Local data remains on your device while you use the Application. To remove User Provided Data, delete the saved records in the app or uninstall PlayHub+ from your device.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children and does not knowingly solicit data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact playhub@gmail.com.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means acceptance of the updated policy.
